Kent Power has strict standards on the quality of all of its products, covering product design, material purchasing, production, pre-delivery debugging etc.
The diesel engine here at Kent Power is designed by the following national standards of GB 2820.3 and international standard ISO8528/3 G3, and we also proposed the design scheme and gave the design a review according to the specific terms agreed in the contract.
Purchasing production materials from qualified suppliers in time according to list of material supplied by technical quality department and following the regulations in the Procurement Process.
The product department implements the production process by the following specific requirements of production process according to the drawings provided by the technical quality department. Our company follows “self-inspection, mutual-inspection, special inspection” in the production to avoid any of unqualified product. After the products assembly process, we have a pre-delivery test in accordance with GB 2820.3 to ensure that all our products can perform well. We also have a comprehensive lab for product quality test, which covers a series of equipment, including SOCOMEO tester, switch cabinet, 600A-electric reactor, 600kw-resistive load etc.
Inspect the external dimension of the machine, check whether there is water, oil and gas leakage, test welding condition, electrical installation and grounding terminal blocks
One-minute test on dielectric strength (dielectric withstand):
Testing the primary circuit voltage, secondary circuit voltage and primary inter-loop voltage
Testing of cold insulation resistance
Test the primary circuit voltage to ground, secondary circuit voltage to ground and primary/secondary inter-loop voltage
Starting performance of diesel generator under normal temperature
Test on the starting time of diesel generator for three times
Testing of phase sequence
Test on the phase sequence of the machine through a phase sequence indicator
Working conditions of indicating device on the control cabinet
Voltage indicating device, current indicating device, frequency indicating device
Compare the working conditions of the above indicating devices with the standard electricity meter and make a finally judge on working condition.
Testing on the steady-state voltage, frequency regulation and variation
Within the rated power factor, the machine load can vary from 0-110% covering 0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 105%, 110% and with the time ranging from 4-5 hours, testing the three-phase current, voltage, power, frequency, water temperature and oil temperature based on the above load range.
